0165(2)(b): Kitchen area has a mini window blind accessible to child care children. 0165(2)(c): Mulitple cords accessible to child care children in the following areas: the living room, kitchen, dinning room and outdoor area. 0165(2)(d): In the outdoor play area a black plastic garbage bag accessible to child care children. 0165(3)(a): In the outdoor area there was trim boards that had sharp edges accessible to child care children. 0165(3)(d): In the laundry room the washer and dryer were accessible to child care children. In the outdoor area a refrigerator was accessible to child care children. 0165(3)(g): In the outdoor play area there is flakying paint on the patio edges accessible to child care children. 0165(5)(f): Two large planter pots that are not secured and are a tipping hazard to child care children.
